How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes around 2 weeks. It can take longer during holidays, peak periods or customs delays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a couple of days to update after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is free on all orders to Ireland. There is no minimum order value.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, at your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check your return, or approve your claim, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
